Shipping policy

1. The listed prices for items do not include shipping costs. The shipping cost can be determined after selecting the item quantity and destination.

2. By default, we use DHL Express as the shipping method. If DHL is not available or suitable for the destination, we may use alternative carriers such as EMS, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. For shipping by sea or air, please contact us for more information.

3. Upon receiving payment, we will process your order within 2 working days. If the goods are out of stock, we will inform you of the next fastest delivery date.

4. We only ship to the confirmed address provided with the order. Please ensure that your shipping address matches the address on your PayPal or Credit Card account.

5. The transit time for shipments is provided by the carrier and does not include weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, especially during the holiday season.

6. If you wish to declare a lower value on the shipping invoice to minimize customs duties on your end, please let us know. Otherwise, we will use the actual paid amount.

7. If necessary, please provide the courier with any required assistance regarding customs clearance of the goods at the local level.

8. When receiving the items, please inspect them in the presence of the courier. If any goods are damaged, please try to obtain documentary evidence of the damage from the local courier. Additionally, please email us photos or videos of the packaging and damaged products as soon as possible.

9. If you have not received your shipment within 15 days from the payment date, please contact us. We will track the shipment and respond to you as soon as possible.

10. Please note that products whose codes have been removed will not be eligible for returns or warranty claims.

11. We provide a two-year quality warranty for most of our products (specific terms are subject to the final Proforma Invoice). If any defects occur under normal use during this period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge at our factory. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
